We are not a factory. GlobalDeals is a German company (GmbH) with local partners and a team in China.
We represent the client's interests, help find and verify suitable manufacturers, build working relationships with factories, and organize quality control and deliveries.
You work with us under a German contract, while production remains with the selected factory.
The base option is a contract with GlobalDeals GmbH — we take responsibility for organizing the process within our agreement.
If needed, a parallel contractual structure with the factory is also possible (e.g. for long-term projects and large volumes).
We discuss the cooperation structure upfront and select a safe, transparent model tailored to your project.
We take responsibility for organizing quality control, inspections and transparent communication with the factory.
Together with you, we fix the product requirements and samples, organize inspections at different production stages, and provide reports.
The factory is responsible for the actual production; we ensure the process is controlled, risks are minimized, and quality terms are agreed and documented in advance.
We use several models. For first projects — most often a combined format: a fixed fee for sourcing and supplier selection plus a percentage of the order amount.
For regular clients and large volumes, a monthly retainer model with a reduced commission is also available.
The model is calculated individually after an initial analysis of your task and volumes.
We focus on B2B clients for whom China is an important part of procurement or production.
Long-term projects with the potential for regular deliveries and ongoing partnerships are our priority.
Minimum volumes depend on the product, but we are always upfront at the start about whether your project matches our format and whether we can deliver real value.
